Completed experiential learning on the topic of ‘Creating a vision’. Subject areas include: Understand what a vision is and why it is important; Created a team vision Practiced articulating the vision to others and received feedback.
Completed experiential learning on the topic of ‘Managing in constant change’. Subject areas include: Understanding that constant change is the new normal; Have considered the impact this has on them and their team using the frameworks of VUCA and PESTLE; Developed self-awareness on resilience and know how to develop it further; Understand the concept of wellbeing and put a model into practice for self and team; Able to draw on all their skills from the programme to manage in constant change.
Attended a virtual workshop to explore and practise concepts to help prepare team members for what the future brings.
