Completed experiential learning on the topic of ‘Flexing my management style’. Subject areas include: Be able to describe a range of management styles and when to use them effectively; Understand own preferred management style(s); Understand when to use each style and why.
Completed experiential learning on the topic of ‘Delegating’. Subject areas include: Be able to describe and use a delegation process; Understand team members’ personal barriers to delegating effectively; Practised delegating and reflected on what was learnt.
Completed experiential learning on the topic of ‘Feedback’. Subject areas include: Understand why feedback is important to the manager, team and organisation; Have practised giving feedback using the E2C2 feedback model and reflected on what was learnt; Is competent in giving feedback that is clear and motivational; Be prepared for a range of challenging reactions.
